Terms of Service

You must be 18 years or older to be tattooed by us. We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances, even with parental consent. We reserve the right to ask for photographic ID at the studio.

Initial consultations — whether by email ("Discuss My Idea"), in person, or by phone — are free. They allow us to scope your design, agree on placement and size, and quote a price. Booking a consultation is not a guarantee your tattoo will be accepted; we may decline a brief that falls outside our style or capability.

• Once you're ready to book a tattoo session, we take a non-refundable deposit to hold the slot and cover initial design work. The deposit is deducted from the final price.
• The remaining balance is due at the end of your tattoo session. We accept card and contactless payment.
• Prices are quoted in GBP and include VAT where applicable.

• We need at least 72 hours' notice to reschedule without losing your deposit.
• Less than 72 hours' notice, no-shows, or arrivals more than 30 minutes late may forfeit the deposit and require a fresh booking.
• If we have to cancel for any reason on our side, we'll offer you the next available slot or refund your deposit in full.

You must let us know in advance if you have any medical condition, allergy, or are taking any medication that could affect tattooing or healing (including pregnancy, blood-thinners, skin conditions, or recent surgery).

We will not tattoo anyone who is intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, or who appears unfit. This is for your safety and ours.

We provide written aftercare instructions at the end of every session. Failing to follow them can affect healing and the appearance of the final tattoo. We are not liable for healing issues caused by failure to follow aftercare guidance.

Minor touch-ups within 3 months of the original session are offered at our discretion, free of charge, provided you have followed the aftercare instructions. Outside that window, or where additional work or recolouring is needed, a touch-up will be quoted as a separate booking.

Reference images you send us are used only to inform your design. We retain copyright in any custom artwork we produce for your tattoo, but you are of course free to keep, photograph, and share the tattoo on your body. We may photograph the finished work for our portfolio; let us know in writing if you don't want your tattoo included.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law. Subject to that, our liability for any claim related to a tattoo session is capped at the amount you paid us for that session.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
